Final Report cards for Grade 7-8 were sent via email on June 29th.
For Grades 9-12, they will be sent by 8 pm on July 6th.

OCDSB parents, guardians and eligible students will receive report cards directly in their email. This enables easy and secure access to report cards.
Parents and guardians, who have provided their email addresses to their child’s school, will receive an email from the school that contains the link to download the secure PDF report card. Students in Grades 7-12 will receive the report card link in their OCDSB student email addresses. Students who are over 18 years of age, can receive the report card link in their personal emails if they have indicated that as their preference to the school.
Enter the Ontario Education Number (OEN) to access the report card. When entering the OEN, please include the hyphens (dashes). The format should be XXX-XXX-XXX. The OEN can be found on any previous provincial report cards. Secondary students can also find the OEN on their timetables.
For students with alternative learning expectations documented in their Individual Education Plan (IEP), an Alternative Report Card is being issued along with the provincial report card.
We request parents, guardians and eligible students (over 18 years of age) to verify their email address with their child’s school. For parents and guardians without an email account, please contact your child’s school for assistance.
