Progress Updates, Interviews: OCVSS Grade 9-12 families should have received email(s) this week from each class teacher with a progress update for each course. (If you did not receive these messages, please reach out to your child's teachers - see link below for email directory). Parents/Guardians are encouraged to discuss progress with their student and see where any challenges exist. For those where a conversation with the teacher is urgently needed, interview appointments are being made for Thursday, March 23rd evening interviews (by appointment only). In cases where the teacher considers the interview critical, they will have reached out directly.
To book an appointment:
- Go to www.schoolinterviews.ca
- Click on ‘Make a Booking’ (top right corner of page)
- Type in the code: kft9p
- Enter all information, as required
- Choose the teachers of your child, and press ‘Go'
- Select the best available time for you for your appointment
- All interviews are conducted via Google Meet
- student attendance along with the parent/guardian is highly recommended in most cases
