Important Information for Grade 12s about diplomas, certificates, and awards:
Since the semester has not yet concluded, traditional items handed out at a commencement ceremony are not yet ready. Once final grades are submitted by teachers, the OCV Office will begin the preparation of official diplomas, transcripts, certificates and awards.
An envelope with all of your final documents will be ready for pickup from the OCV Office (Confederation Education Centre - 1645 Woodroffe Avenue, Room 157) any time after Monday, July 10th. The office is open from 10 am to 3:00 pm from July 10-14th, and July 17-20th. Any documents not picked up by July 20th can be retrieved from the school Office in September. Note: As an official diploma can not easily be reissued if lost/damaged, OCV packages will not be sent via mail - they must be picked up in-person from our Office.
